Privacy
This site is small and so is what it knows about you. Here is all of it, in plain words.
The short version
There are no accounts and no advertising trackers.
When you send a request, what you filled in is saved so Dariel can answer you: your name, your phone, the address where the car will be, the vehicle, the services, the day and time you prefer and, if you pay the deposit, the email you give Stripe. Only Dariel sees it, in a private panel.
What happens with your request
We use your request to text you back, confirm the price, the day and the time, and do the job. If you ask again later with the same phone number, your new request joins your earlier ones so Dariel knows you.
It is stored with Vercel (where the site runs) and Neon (the database), both in the United States. Dariel also gets a copy by email so no request is ever lost.
The deposit is charged by Stripe. Stripe asks for what it needs to take the payment (your card and an email for the receipt) under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details: all we send Stripe is your request's reference. Stripe does pass us that email, and we use it only to send your appointment confirmation and, if Dariel cancels, the refund notice.
We don't sell it and we don't share it for advertising. If you text, WhatsApp or email us directly, those messages live in the apps you used, under their own privacy policies.
What the site measures
We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit and which pages they read. It records things like the page, the city you connect from, your type of device and how you got here. It uses cookies to do that.
It also counts when someone taps a contact button or sends a request. It only notes which button or which form, and on which page. It never records your name, phone, address or anything you typed.
You can block it from your browser settings or with Google's own add-on.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, it keeps standard logs (IP address, date and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't use advertising trackers. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Children
This site is for adults who own or drive a vehicle. It is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
If you want us to delete your requests and your details, ask by text or email and we'll do it.

Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
